Raspberry, rhubarb, oak, and tea add a complex second layer of pomegranate, maple, cranberry, and spice, followed by notes of cherry and cinnamon and a fine-wine, vapor filled blowback. Well-balanced, with a clean minerality on the finish. Definitely worth the price of admission.
